Cancellation Policy
Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. Deposits may be made by
Visa, MasterCard, cash, check or money order. We do not overbook, so the reservation
is guaranteed when payment policies are met.
Reservations made more than 31 days before arrival may be secured with a deposit of 50%
or more. The balance is due no later than 15 days before arrival. The balance
will be autocharged to credit card unless other arrangements are made before the 15 day
deadline.
Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival date will be secure with payment in
full for the stay.
Full refunds will be made for cancellations 15 days or more prior to the scheduled
arrival date.
